Job Description

The Restylane US Digital Marketing Manager role is a great match for the professional who is inspired by working on a brand that helps women and men look and feel their natural-looking best. The Restylane US Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping lead the Restylane brand’s digital marketing efforts into the future. This role will help the Restylane brand grow its influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness through digital media.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute social media strategy (paid and organic), influencer strategy and programs across relevant platforms
  • Create key performance metrics dashboard, tracking against key performance metrics, across all digital touchpoints, ensuring fluid upward and downward communication of performance and learnings
  • Implement project management processes for brand Digital communications plans across all functions
  • Liaise with influencer agency, develop new influencer partnerships and foster short- and long-term relationships with influencers / content creators
  • Coordinate key asset production and delivery / manage content distribution across paid media and partner closely with our external media/comms/PR/digital agencies to deliver a holistic marketing strategy across the ecosystem of paid, owned, and earned
  • Develop owned content editorial calendar (Social, Web, eCRM) to ensure content remains relevant and fresh
  • Responsible for earned media impressions within ecosystem of paid, owned, and earned media
  • Partner with GBU and Brand teams to develop marketing/creative
  • Oversee and manage social media/influencer/PR budgets and reports to marketing director on monthly basis working closely with media agency, comms agency and PR/influencer agency
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • 5 or more years of social media and influencer marketing experience (agency or client side)
  • Strong digital marketing experience, basic design experience, and social media management is preferred
  • Previous experience in Beauty/Personal Care/Aesthetics experience preferred
  • Basic design experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. a plus
  • Experience working with large brands in a multi-channel marketing environment
  • Experience with PR / paid and organic social media / influencers across relevant channels
  • Previous experience with advanced media campaigns including direct response advertising, retargeting, programmatic advertising, etc
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and be solution-focused. A strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and fast changing environment
  • Collaborative and strong listener

Other Important Information
Domestic travel will be required but should not exceed 20% of the time
