Create, edit and organize how-to-guides, tutorials and other documentation Ability to effectively write for different audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge Structured, well-organized approach to projects with attention to detail Advise internal stakeholders on best practices and/or strategic recommendations regarding projects Interview stakeholders, functional experts and system users to develop content Ability of work independently and effectively communicate/collaborate across multiple teams Identify content that should be updated to maintain consistency

Must-have Skills

7+ years of Technical writing and end-user documentation experience

5 years of experience in developing User Manuals and Online Help

Strong Project management skills

  • Proven record of completing projects on time with the right tone and context
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
