The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time professional who will support partner marketing activities for new customer acquisition on the D2C team. The role will primarily focus on the affiliate marketing channel.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, excited by the Fintech space, strives for data-driven results and wants to gain experience in partnership/affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day to tasks that support affiliate marketing including:

  • Affiliate recruitment: Build lists of potential partners and recruit them to our programs
  • Campaign optimization: Pull data from the affiliate tracking platform and internal databases to identify areas to lower CAC
  • Partner management: Answer partner inquiries and guide them through onboarding, testing, and launch
  • Creative testing: Manage existing and new creative for seasonal promotions
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Brand Marketing, Compliance, and other internal teams to execute on operational tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, in-house, or at an agency
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  • Affiliate platform (Commission Junction, Impact, Cake, etc.) expertise a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn SaaS tools and key metrics for success
  • Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and goals on time
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
