What You’ll Be Doing

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will lead demand acquisition strategies, implementation, management, measurement, and ongoing campaign optimization. Passion for data is key, as expectations are high for delivering revenue-driving insights through extensive data analysis. Hands-on experience with Search Engine, Display, Social and Digital Analytics platforms, as well as third party management tools are a must. Obsessive attention to detail, program structure consistency, reporting granularity, budget management, and recommendation generation is key.

This position is remote and will report to the Director of Digital Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns and budgets for Global Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and 3rd party advertising programs.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators, tracking methods, and continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Take direct responsibility for revenue generation on behalf of the Media capability and managed budget.
  • Act as leading voice for Web Analytics, quantifying impact of Advertising performance on lead generation pipeline and sales.
  • Assimilate data from multiple sources, deriving actionable and measurable conclusions to be leveraged for business growth.
  • Develop campaign copy/creative that both aligns with brand guidelines and delivers best performance.
  • Advise and influence design of optimized landing environments to deliver highest conversion rates of advertising programs.
  • Create polished, actionable dashboards, reports, and presentations customized to audiences from peer level to the CEO.
  • Lead communications across teams and with senior executives, from day-to-day communication to formal meetings.
  • Monitor emerging industry trends and communicate both within and across departments.
  • Pitch in and support other team members as needed with go-to-market activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ hands-on management experience with all major advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, DSPs, ABM).
  • Expertise with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Tag Management systems (ex. Google Tag Manager) and with Web Project Management tools (ex. JIRA).
  • Foundational understanding of marketing automation tools (ex. Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM (ex. Salesforce) platforms.
  • Strong team player comfortable collaborating with Sales, Product and Content Marketing teams, and the C-Suite.
  • Excellent at planning, prioritization, and project management, working on multiple projects concurrently while managing time efficiently, meeting regular deadlines while predicting and preventing last minute fire drills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
