Peachy is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join the team! Peachy is a fast-growing, wrinkle prevention brand based in New York City. We offer the three scientifically demonstrated ways to prevent and treat facial wrinkles in our retail studios. It’s our mission to make wrinkle prevention and treatment approachable, but also clinically excellent.

For this position, we are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead who can take over the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Lead will collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in shaping our growing business!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy, forecasting, and execution of new customer acquisition for digital channels – Facebook, Google, Instagram, Referral, SEO, etc.
  • Develop new acquisition marketing strategies & funnels for our product offerings
  • Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to CAC, acquisition, channel/campaign LTV, and overall channel growth
  • Scale new customer acquisition channels across paid digital (FB/IG, PPC, Affiliate, Pinterest, App, Display) and Organic marketing channels (Email Referrals, Retention & SEO)
  • Work closely with the Peachy Leadership Team and agency partners to consistently improve channel & campaign level Life Time Value
  • Drive top-line revenue growth for the business by enabling best practices for retention marketing, winback, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics partners to develop performance measurement reporting and media mix modeling to demonstrate the impact of high funnel activities

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of progressively increasing experience across digital marketing, growth, and revenue at direct-to-consumer companies or digital agencies
  • Experience developing & optimizing large-scale DTC campaigns, with deep knowledge of digital marketing, retention marketing, & loyalty programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing 7-figure annual media/acquisition budgets, including forecasting and budget allocations.
  • Expertise building attribution methodologies and financial models on CAC/LTV, payback period basis
  • A track record of success with conversion rate optimization, split testing and improving mid-funnel conversion rates
  • Proven experience making web analytics work for marketing, across tools like Google Analytics, Segment, Google Tag Manager, and more
  • Expert cross-functional partner, with success working with retention, brand, data science, creative, product, and other teams
  • Creative thinker, with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tactics, and how to measure their success is imperative
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
