Digital Marketing & Content Internship

We are looking for proactive interns to join the Digital Marketing team of the U.S. corporate office in New York on August 17th, 2020, for 6 months. As an Intern in our Digital Marketing Department you will be able to gain an insight into all online marketing initiatives, onsite content management, onsite merchandising, sample inventory management, photography studio assistance, and digital marketing special projects. What You Can Expect

  • Online Marketing: provide weekly performance, email, and social marketing tracking, analysis, and reporting. Present trends on site traffic, conversion, and return-on-investment on all marketing initiatives during weekly department meetings
  • Onsite Content Management: assist in facilitating onsite content roll-outs, shop development, daily quality assurance maintenance, and competitive site benchmarking
  • Onsite Merchandise: support Online buyer with seasonal buy activities and organize merchandising materials for future seasonal launches
  • Manage sample collection inventory: responsible for the tracking, ordering, organizing, and overall status of sample collection for all on-going, eCommerce photo shoots
  • Photography studio assistance: responsible for preparing for each photo shoot including model castings, creating shot lists, preparing sample items for shoots and put away
  • Special Projects: facilitate all business development projects for the department (i.e. launching new email service provider, changing payment provider). Provide competitive analysis and a detailed services for each service provider, making sure to adequately match the business requirements and outline all implications for change

Your Profile

  • Interest and knowledge of the online retail industry
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently/take initiative
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to remain fully engaged in a busy office environment
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and global divisions
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
