What You’ll Do

As a Digital Analyst, you will support the digital team’s analytics efforts. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization. You will be conducting both planned and ad hoc analyses, preparing reports, building dashboards, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences.

You’re Good At

  • Supporting all website analytics efforts for the company, providing insight and relevant trends to all Neighborly brands
  • Assisting the implementation of new measurement and campaign tracking standards across all brands
  • Supporting the implementation of analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager across multiple websites
  • Supporting the implementation of analytics tracking on a mobile app for cross-platform analysis using technologies such as Google Analytics
  • Documenting and distributing legacy reports that combine web analytics, lead counts, and paid campaign tracking
  • Designing effective and impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Google Tag Manager
  • Creating easy to understand dashboards through tools such as Google Analytics + Google Data Studio that will help franchisees to make business decisions
  • Ad-hoc reporting and in-depth website analysis
  • Supporting web development projects with analytics expertise, insights, or analytics implementation needed
  • Creating presentations to highlight analysis for audience types ranging from franchise owners to the C-suite

You Also Have

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, or engineering

Experience
3+ years web analytics experience
Experience using Adobe & Google Analytics
