Schneider is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our thriving team! You will be responsible for digital marketing efforts (ie paid search, banner and social advertising) to maximize lead generation and brand leadership activities. In addition, you will manage the approach and effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click, list building and other related activities.

• Maintain landing page testing and optimization to ensure best-in-class user interfaces and experience.
• Drive and manage automated, multi-touch, targeted journey and digital marketing programs.
• Participate in discovery sessions and assist in defining business requirements and interpret user goals and priorities.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Two plus years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end Web site design to ensure best-in-class user interfaces and experience.
• Ability to create HTML and CSS prototypes and Java Script is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
