Riveron’s Transaction Services (TS) practice focuses on identifying the risks and opportunities underlying a potential transaction throughout the mergers and acquisition life cycle. The Manager level position is responsible for providing insightful analysis to address financial and operational issues and goals pre and post-close. These positions will assist with buy and sell-side diligence, operational diligence, transaction tax, lender services, integration services, opening balance sheet & financial reporting, and distressed transaction services. In addition, they will contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

As a Team Member, You Will

• Evaluate the quality of historical earnings and working capital underlying a deal’s critical valuation metrics and assess its’ corporate governance and financial reporting environment
• Prepare consistent and reliable financial reporting, organize and manage data, present rolling historical and pro forma results, and forecast financials and strategic positioning of deal priorities
• Perform due diligence, field exam services and comprehensive forecast reviews to highlight the risks and opportunities associated with growth, working capital requirements, or underperformance of target companies
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to staff by participating in their advancement through on-the-job training, providing performance feedback, counseling, and fostering our team-based atmosphere
• Contribute to practice development initiatives

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s is preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant transaction experience with a focus on Quality of Earnings. Big 4, professional services or advisory firm experience strongly preferred.
• Related certification (CPA or CFA preferred)
• Experience with analyzing a target company’s quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills
• Proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects and engagement teams for various clients
• Proven ability and success in executive management interviews of target companies
