Bungie is seeking multiple Senior Producer’s for an outstanding opportunity to help guide the development of Destiny 2! Development is a collaborative process, and we are searching for an experienced team leader to guide and optimize a team of creative and passionate developers as they continue to build and improve upon Bungie’s flagship title, Destiny 2. You are a key player in working across groups to ensure processes are effective and teams are always in sync.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate ongoing rituals, communications, and processes for your team(s)
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines, teams, and key partners
• Schedule and coordinate the details for all necessary meetings and ensure completion of action items
• Refine, reinforce, and embody Bungie’s culture and values
• Ability to assess potential risks and opportunities and drive to desired outcomes
• Work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
• Lead by example in terms of production craft and expertise within the department
• Continuously improve our velocity, teamwork, and transparency
• Lead and mentor junior producers: Collaborate with them to define near-term goals, counsel them regarding project or people challenges, and support them in achieving career objectives
• Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills

• Proven experience in internal games production
• Emotional intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
• Outstanding problem-solving skills. Proven track record of understanding, simplifying, and solving problems in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Demonstrable experience fostering teamwork and building high-functioning teams
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail: the ability to speak to and provide supporting documentation to all aspects of your areas at any given time
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Atlassian software preferred
• Most Bungie employees and contractors will adopt a digital-first approach allowing remote work in Bungie-approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite). Prospective employees located outside of CA, FL, IL, NC, OR, TX, and WA will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
