As a part of the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program

What does a great Program Analyst – Business Analyst do?

Today, more than ever, merchants need real-time financing solutions to restore economic growth during these unprecedented times.

As a Business Analyst, you will help execute our product strategy for a portfolio of innovative merchant cash advance and other SMB financing solutions through our digital platforms, direct channels and JV partnerships.

As a Business Analyst, you can look forward to:

  • Working with partners (ISOs, Agents, ISVs) to drive Clover Capital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting business development efforts to increase sales
  • Tracking and reporting business performance for strategy, annual planning and operations prioritization.
  • Understanding the market needs, competitors, trends and opportunities in alternative financing solutions
  • Implementing our product strategy for our merchant –focused financial solutions
  • Analyzing impact of different features and monitor KPIs on product performance and profitability
  • Helping to prioritize features, flows and business requirements to streamline and automate manual processes
  • Working & interfacing with other product teams, sales, legal, compliance, vendors and operations to ensure alignment
  • Partnering with technology to determine integrations and processes required to deliver a cohesive experience
  • Assist in managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and client communication

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program in finance, information technology or business administration
  • GPA 3.5+ preferred

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Strong written communication skills in a technology environment
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Marketing analytics experience a plus
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry a plus
  • Enthusiasm and inquisitiveness

  • Self-starter capable of working autonomously
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively as a team member
  • Distinguished written and verbal communications skills; superior presentation skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
  • Project management skills and experience a plus
