Snap Finance is hiring a Product Marketing, Senior Manager for our Digital Experiences team. We are looking for a customer-focused candidate who can make the PMM function the best of its kind.

This person will report into the Head of Product Marketing, E-Commerce working on Go-To-Market strategies for our portfolio of financial offerings, both new and product enhancements ensuring that our merchant partners are educated on best practices and are getting the right messaging and collateral and support for the right channels. This person will also be responsible for leading post-launch product marketing programs for sustained product growth. The goal of this role is to help our customers and merchant partners drive growth with Snap product offerings.

This position can be remote within the US, with preference of locations to be in Santa Clara, CA or SLC, UT.

The Job

  • Define product positioning and launch plans of our e-commerce offerings by working with cross-functional team members across the company.
  • Facilitate market and competitive assessments with research and analytics teams to derive at qualitative/quantitative insights to help determine product direction and market fit.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver customer delight, from mobile app to mobile-first web experiences.
  • Provide insights into Product to ensure we are designing our mobile apps that delight and empower our customers when it comes to their financial well-being.
  • Build strategies that drive mobile app adoption, MAU/DAU, and engagement within the app ecosystem; and research/understand tools that help support app optimization.
  • Plan ongoing seasonal marketing campaigns that amplify Snap offering within merchants to help them drive lease applications and completions.
  • Ensure that our marketing is on message and resonates with our target customer.
  • Provide marketing guidance, develop marketing assets, and best practices that help merchants leverage Snap to drive more business.
  • Understand the multiple players in the ecosystem and advocate to ensure that marketing is contextually relevant.
  • Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver.

You

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of work experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Experience working in e-commerce and/or payments verticals with either startups or big brands.
  • Ability to translate technical features into value-driven messaging.
  • Strong communicator with capability to influence product teams to build products that meets customer needs.
  • A data-minded person with growth hacking ability that is well-versed in experimentations with proven track record of driving leads, conversions and adoptions.
  • Have in-depth experience with mobile app optimization tools that drive adoption and higher customer rating.
  • Align closely with the product managers to be a customer advocate and champion customer needs.
  • Positive relationship building capabilities to work cross-functionally to deliver unified execution of plans and strategies.
