Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to design, manage, and optimize our paid social media programs and strategies.

About the Position

  • Create and design visually compelling organic and paid website digital ads, social media graphics, and other collateral that reinforce Rapid’s brand guidelines
  • Strategize and manage campaigns across paid social and display channels based on specific KPIs
  • Use social media analytics to listen to target audiences and identify trending information
  • Leverage a strong understanding of social media advertising best practices to maximize performance and optimization
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to develop social media strategies around specific stories/topics and desired ad-hoc campaigns
  • Stay abreast of industry trends for best practices within paid media and other digital marketing trends
  • Assist marketing leadership in developing overall social media strategy to drive both customer and candidate interest in our organization
  • Manage, track and report on success of social media campaigns, as assigned, (organic and paid) on a monthly/quarterly basis to update internal staff on digital marketing usage statistics and metrics
  • Assist with live social media coverage during events

About You

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic about sharing examples of work on social sites and/or a portfolio link
  • Strong graphic design experience looking to build upon our growing brand as an employer and customer of choice

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Studies, Marketing, Journalism, or related study
  • 4+ years experience in marketing, social media, writing, advertising, or a related field
  • Must possess a solid understanding of the social media universe, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Spotify, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, blogs, and other related online platforms
  • Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and other campaign management and site optimization tools
  • Proficient with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics
  • Experience working with Hootsuite Enterprise

COVID-19 Requirements

  • Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
  • Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
