Corel is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to jump into the hot seat and drive cutting-edge marketing programs as a part of a high-energy, high-impact team and support the overall eCommerce business.

You will play a central role in executing and bringing to life our marketing programs for several Corel brands like WinZip and ReviverSoft. You will be driving revenue and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives, A/B testing, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our marketing programs. This role provides opportunity for rapid advancement into various marketing programs and exposure to different brands and teams.

About the Role:

The opportunity exists to contribute to various areas of the eCommerce business, however specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop, plan and execute new marketing campaigns and automations
  • Drive and optimize existing marketing programs using analytics and dashboards
  • Launch and report on high-impact tests across various programs and channels
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and overall health of your programs
  • Support cross-functional creative and marketing needs from demand-gen, product and business teams
  • Work closely with business and other program leads to continually optimize and improve our marketing programs, platforms and processes
  • Lead and engage in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, tackle challenges
  • Collect, study and integrate customer insights from surveys and data reports
  • Develop and refine QA and troubleshooting processes around your programs
  • Evaluate latest marketing trends and opportunities to grow your programs
  • Own and represent your programs across the organization

Requirements:

1 personal attributes: Organized, proactive & detail oriented

  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data and testing
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and keep learning
  • Sound understanding of HTML/Web technologies
  • Background in design/UX is a plus
  • 1+ Years of experience in a Digital Marketing or similar role
  • Degree in Marketing or related field, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or equivalent working experience.
