Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Marketing Assistant for one of our clients to support their rapidly growing team in providing world class marketing tech support across their organization. They provide a unique white label support system for digital marketing companies and their clients. They are growing and looking to bring on new team members! Our client’s management team members have a total of 18+ years experience in local business investment, management and marketing.

They are on a mission to help business owners make a larger, more meaningful impact without compromising the things in life that matter most – family, purpose, margin, etc. They combine marketing, design, and offer strategy to support everyday business owners who care about the integrity of their brand, their marketing, their funnels, and ultimately, their customers.

Structure & Compensation

  • Full-Time & Remote Opportunity
  • US based + W2 Position
  • $25,000 – $35,000 USD Salary – Depending On Experience
  • Fully Remote, Growing Company with Opportunity for Advancement!

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development of processes around marketing automation and problem resolution
  • Interface with clients regarding their marketing needs and tech stack
  • Set up and support tech and integrations for funnels, email campaigns, CRM automations and general marketing campaigns (video, social, FB, Google, Instagram).
  • Providing 1:1 customer support to marketing clients
  • Responding quickly and effectively to email and chat questions
  • Escalating cases to upper-tier developers when appropriate
  • Owning and overseeing escalated support cases until a resolution is determined
  • Assists with the development of processes around marketing automation and problem resolution

Career Path

The first few months working with them will involve tech support, live chat & troubleshooting. This will help familiarize yourself with the company, mission and front end client issues. As time progresses the role will migrate into a Full Time Marketing Assistant Opportunity where you will be able to express your creativity and help solve client issues through digital marketing support & development. There are opportunities for advancement as our client is growing and they promote within!

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relatable marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills around customer service – can defuse situations where customers may be frustrated
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems
  • A self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for execution excellence
  • Proficient at managing email and team communication
  • Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving tech startup environment
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
  • Preferred experience in any marketing softwares including ClickFunnels, Active Kajabi, Zapier
  • CSS, JavaScript and HTML knowledge is a plus
