JOB SUMMARY:

Designory is looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Optimization team in Chicago. The Digital Analyst will support the measurement of digital experiences and deliver insights that improve the overall user experience of our clients’ sites. You will implement tagging requirements, identify measurable performance indicators, develop reports and dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc requests. Your skills and background will be leveraged to help us better understand the needs, wants, and expectations of our clients’ by measuring and optimizing the digital experiences we create.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Analyst will be supporting and contributing to various analytics and optimization projects. You’ll be responsible for tagging, aggregating, analyzing, and interpreting various data sets into actionable insights. This may require you to identify efficiencies in ways data is captured, validated, and organized. You’ll work closely with our internal teams – project and account management, UX, strategy, and/or external partners to detect trends, summarize findings, and articulate key insights to agency and client stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years using web analytics tools, developing tagging requirements, classifying, and analyzing data to present findings
  • Must have intermediate-to-advanced experience with one or more of the following:
  • Website Analytics: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, SEMrush
  • Tag Management: Dynamic Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager, Tealium
  • Data Visualization Platform: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
  • Experience implementing website tags and performing QA to ensure tags are firing properly
  • Detail-oriented, creative and tenacious towards solving data inconsistencies and mitigating data quality issues
  • Proficiency in aggregating data from multiple data sources to create custom reports and segments to provide data driven recommendations
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills and high attention to detail are a must
  • Embodies a collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to ideas, establishes relationships to jointly solve problems, and adapt to feedback
