Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Systems Analyst leads the functional implementation of new system solutions, including SAP S/4, A/R automation and RPA. You will have knowledge of the underlying processes, such as Pricing, Master Data Management, Cash Application and Collections. You will participate in the business process redesign and documentation for new technology, and act as an early adopter and champion of the new solutions.

LEAD FUNCTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SYSTEM SOLUTIONS

  • Support the Finance portions of the Liberty implementation
  • Support the A/R automation deployment by active participation in the design workshops and target flow documentation
  • Analyze the requirements, use cases and propose target solutions
  • Work with team members, IT teams and the vendors to ensure successful rollout of new solutions
  • Lead the functional testing effort and ensure completeness and compliance with users requirements
  • Support the Finance Director to ensure all processes are covered through the implementation
  • Champion the adoption and use of RPA within SSC and broader RBDC business

SUPPORT THE MIGRATION AND ENSURE BUSINESS CONTINUITY

  • Be an early adopter of new solutions by performing the redesigned processes
  • Support the new processes post-migration and ensure no business interruption to the affected entities
  • Help develop new process documentation
  • Ensure Pricing information and all Master Data is accurate and reconciles between all the affected systems (Encompass, S/4, CPM, Spring, and High Radius)
  • Ensure transactions are designed to flow efficiently between different systems
  • Support the broader Finance organization with training on the new processes
  • Help achieve accurate post migration reporting

LEAD THE BROADER AUTOMATION EFFORT THROUGH RPA

  • Become an advocate of the RPA use in simplification and automation of RBDC processes
  • Work with IT and team members to identify relevant use cases and create automation solutions
  • Support other departments outside Finance
  • Other tasks may be assigned

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with financial processes, in A/R, Pricing, Cash Application and Master Data Management; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with excel (can perform complex functions) , reporting, new systems
  • RPA experience, preferably with UiPath
  • Work independently
