The G&A/BU finance group in Juniper is looking for a strong Financial Analyst with relevant experience to support the financial reporting and analysis function. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent analytical capabilities, have a solid understanding of the levers that impact financials results, be data driven and detail-oriented to analyze both quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and results.

This individual will become a critical part of the team and help drive several key activities including business planning and financial analysis. This is a great role for a highly motivated individual who can function in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You are detail-oriented and highly analytical, constantly look for areas of improvement, and implement automation in order to reduce your manual workload to focus on delivering insights into the business.

Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling, Reporting and Analysis Skills

  • Own the consolidation of financial data, develop detailed and insightful analysis to support the business
  • Lead the development and maintenance of forecasting models and other product-related complex models
  • Lead the coordination of overall business planning activities working with several functional owners
  • Lead the development and implementation of relevant business-related metrics and processes to support key decision making
  • Partner with shared services teams on ongoing reporting

Business and Communication Skills

  • Understand the business big picture as well as details of a business and effectively communicate to guide successful outcomes
  • Ability to communicate and present business analysis to business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Business partnering skills with proactive approach to guiding the business with financial intelligence and insight.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with a passion for technology and finance
  • Opex experience is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data
  • Attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.MS Excel and PowerPoint expert
  • Experience with database systems such as Hyperion and Business Objects
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred
