Summary Of Position

The FP&A team is a high-impact, high-visibility team, whose mission is to provide insights that enable leaders to make thoughtful and strategic business decisions. We provide our cross-functional partners with detailed data analysis and scenario modeling, playing an integral role in helping FORMA Brands grow. Reporting to the FP&A, Manager: Online and New Brands, this role will play a critical part in supporting planning and forecasting processes, identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities and influencing business decisions. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker who has exceptional analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide insight and analysis into operating results of the company as well as help measure progress made toward KPIs
  • Support month-end closing process, including account reconciliations and budget/forecast to actuals variance analysis
  • Assist in creating monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
  • Support buildout of Board of Director slides for quarterly and annual reporting
  • Collaborate and partner across multiple departments to develop accurate forecast and enhance the culture of financial transparency and collaboration
  • Support with Capex projects: driving RIO, forecasting, actualizing and reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc projects that can range from multi-departmental, long-term partnerships to short term, one-off assignments

Key Working Relationships

This role will work closely with the Leadership teams, Ecom/Online Team, New Brand Team, People Team, Social/Influencer Team, Accounting

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • NetSuite experience a plus
