Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will work closely with Product Marketing Mangers, Content Marketing, SEM, and Development teams to drive strategic growth through inbound activities. The inbound activities will include development of SEO strategy defining the relationship between SEO and SEM activities. Webpage and landing page development that aligns with SEO strategy and generates engaging inbound activity. You will also conduct A/B test of web pages and landing pages to determine best strategy for driving more inbound traffic and conversions.

Specific Duties Include:

Content Marketing / Search Engine Optimization

  • Work with Content and Marketing teams to drive SEO optimized content creation
  • Utilize web reporting tools like SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console to optimize pages in order to grow organic search traffic
  • Manage monthly website alerts from Dev team and Moz
  • Conduct keyword research to define core keywords and keyword expansion that will drive high quality traffic
  • Help define relationship between SEO and SEM activities
  • Develop and implement link building strategies
  • Utilize inbound strategies to set direction for paid and organic social media activities and oversee Social Media Specialist to execute.
  • Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns ensuring user experience and content align to the overall marketing objectives
  • Identify customer journey and develop strategy to drive prospect and customer upload conversions

Website Management (CMS)

  • Work with agency/creative/devs to develop SEO-optimized and user-centric webpages
  • Create and update landing pages and website pages using Unbounce and Umbraco platforms
  • Ensure consistent user experience across all pages no matter the device
  • Act as SME to global teams for communicating page layout techniques
  • Drive on-page conversions for gated items and quotes

Reporting

  • Create reporting that identifies high/low performing webpages in regards to SEO/UX/Conversions
  • Identify specific Call-to-Actions performance
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for both ad copy and landing page initiatives
  • Track and report key performance indicators for organic search efforts
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Specialist to develop monthly and qtr SEM reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience with CMS, preferably Umbraco
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Analytics reporting experience and certification, preferably
  • Basic Photoshop knowledge
  • Up-to-date on latest trends and best practices in SEO and paid social media

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
