Position Overview:

This Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping us fully leverage the tools in our marketing technology stack and contribute to our lead generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing operations organization, this position plays a critical role in the launch of new campaigns to current and prospective customers. This role works on highly visible and mission-critical initiatives that contribute directly to our revenue goals. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing operations tools, creating and launching email campaigns, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and conducting analyses and reporting on campaign performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment
  • Create and launch campaigns across the Marketing Technology stack with tools like Marketo, Sigstr, Drift, On24, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain and implement data hygiene best practices to improve data quality between our CRM and marketing operations platforms
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and data cleansing
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and report on campaign performance to the marketing team
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to gain actionable insights into campaign effectiveness and marketing impact
  • Assist with lead and revenue reporting to key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Strong analytical experience using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Data Studio, and PowerBI
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
  • Demonstrated history of using, maintaining, and analyzing data to measure performance and make recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
