The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and tracking the performance of Drive My Way’s digital marketing strategies for its clients. In addition, this individual will assist with developing and executing corporate-level digital marketing campaigns and monitoring user interactions across multiple online channels.

The successful candidate will possess a wide knowledge of contemporary digital marketing techniques, be passionate about using online marketing to drive engagement, and be inspired by the opportunity to make meaningful contributions in a dynamic SaaS start-up environment.

This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, minimal supervision position, reporting to the Marketing Demand Generation Manager.

Essential Duties

  • Develop engaging, differentiating messaging and advertisements that promote customers’ brands and job positions
  • Coordinate the placement of paid digital ad campaigns across channels (Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and other recruiting channels)
  • Document and track ad creation and spend in marketing dashboard
  • Report campaign performance and key findings
  • Identify techniques to consistently improve marketing efficacy (reach, influence, and engagement)
  • Assist in identifying new digital distribution channels and methods

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience with paid search engine marketing, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager
  • 1+ years of experience with digital marketing tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Heap)

Knowledge/Skills

  • High level of attention to detail and very comfortable with changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently
  • Strong collaborative, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce, and other industry-leading CRM and marketing automation tools preferred
  • Prior experience in the trucking/transportation industry a plus
