Summary/Objective:

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team by providing ongoing, actionable data and analysis related to campaign performance. Furthermore, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing all lead nurturing campaigns. Experience with lead qualification, lead attribution, marketing automation, workflows and inbound/outbound lead logistics is key for the individual in this role.

He/she/they will develop, execute, maintain, and measure automated drip marketing campaigns, lead nurturing/qualifying virtual events, digital advertising, website SEO, and other next-level promotions. Additionally, he/she/they will implement best practices in measuring and tracking impact and effectiveness.

A can-do, collaborative attitude is essential in this role as the marketing department utilizes an internal agency approach to serve and support cross-departmental stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

  • Campaign Development and Coordination: lead nurturing, lead qualification, lead attribution
  • Providing frequent campaign analytics and feedback to the marketing team
  • Developing and executing the production of campaigns for lead nurturing
  • Building and maintaining campaigns and workflows within marketing automation platforms for lead qualification and lead attribution
  • Scheduling/coordinating launch meeting, deadlines, deliverables
  • Responsible for managing lead lists and coordinating flow of contacts to sales
  • Coordinating the logistics for inbound and outbound channels

Platform Operations:

  • Marketing Automation, Web Advertising, Account-Based Marketing, Social Media, Remarketing
  • Will serve as the administrator of the marketing automation platforms (Hubspot and potential future technologies) as well as online advertising interfaces (Salesforce, Terminus, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, AdWords, and other ad/media partner dashboards and future technologies.) Maintains integrations between both marketing automation platforms, the Customer Relationship Management system, and online advertising platforms
  • Maintains and updates workflows for lead quantification and automatic sales notifications
  • Builds lead capturing landing pages, forms, tracking URLs, webinar registration pages and more within marketing automation platforms
  • Builds drip emails and workflows within marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing
  • Maintains and leverages vendor relationships
  • Updates advertising budgets and resolves technical issues

Marketing Intelligence Reporting:

  • Web Traffic, KPIs, Dashboard Analytics, Engagement Metrics, Web Reputation Scoring
  • Provides ad-hoc reports and insights on all ongoing marketing activities
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize Istation’s digital marketing
  • Reports web analytics and sales enablement results
  • Establishes buyer personas, lead scoring, and engagement tracking
  • Asset supervision and administration: digital media files, software/application implementation and integration
  • Uploads advertising artwork, updates advertising budgets, and resolves technical issues.

Website Re-development and Maintenance:

  • SEO, Accessibility, User Experience
  • Will work alongside internal and external teams to migrate website management into Hubspot’s CMS
  • Collaborate with team members on the development of site refresh
  • Ensure that site adheres to brand standards and visual styling set by the creative team
  • Ensure that site meets accessibility guidelines and has strong search engine optimization

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field required
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing/marketing automation
  • Experience with proven approaches, trends, and the latest innovations in marketing automation
  • Experience with web analytics, media metrics, and tracking key performance indicators

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Marketing/advertising agency background is a plus
  • Hubspot certificate is preferred
  • Experience with Sales Teams is a plus
