Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join the Global Demand Generation Team. This role supports the key functions of the Global Demand team, which includes the growth, maintenance, and improvement of Tricenits’ customer-facing digital and online presence, including web properties and digital demand projects. This individual is expected to learn and develop the skills required to be successful in this support role through hands-on training with our Global Demand team. 

What you’ll do:

  • Learn the fundamentals of digital marketing in web development, SEO and digital advertising  
  • Manage website updates and support with web incidents and projects 
  • Own daily monitoring and management of all inbound requests across the global organization submitted via Slack, email and inbound form 
  • Support the Global Digital Demand Team on web, SEO, PPC, digital ads and special projects 
  • Sharpen your technical skills in website management, 3rd-party tools and publisher platforms 
  • Develop an ability to contribute towards and drive digital strategy for Tricentis  
  • Create monthly/quarterly performance reports using publisher tools and Google Analytics 
  • Write ad copy, analyze query traffic, research keywords, rotate creative, and complete routine account maintenance 
  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, and industry standards 
  • Monitor competitive digital execution and performance 
  • Manage priorities, multi-task, and deliver high-quality work 


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in website management or digital marketing
  • Professional-level understanding of digital technologies, channels, methodologies, and best practices
  • Skills in (basics required): Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Skill in (preferred) Photoshop, Illustrator, Moz, ScreamingFrog, SEO, Asana and Google AdWords
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Digital agency experience preferred; but not required
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • High energy, passionate and have a positive “can-do” attitude
