• The Digital Marketing Associate will coordinate various digital marketing activities and projects which support Integra’s corporate and division business objectives.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain and support the Integra Sales App, Integra Literature Store, Integra Corporate Website and Customer Portal
  • Manage Promotional Material Deployment Process (GSOP-748) and update process as needed
  • Support strategies to increase website visibility and traffic leveraging SEO and SEM tools and platforms
  • Report performance of microsites and digital campaigns
  • Support website globalization and other new web functionality to meet new EU MDR requirements
  • Work closely with division and corporate marketing teams and other cross-functional partners to help execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels including commercial field sales teams, digital/web, tradeshows and corporate events
  • Monitor website and digital platform performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage routine administrative tasks to help streamline team processes
  • Support other marketing projects which drive Integra’s overall strategic initiatives and goals


  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years of marketing, digital marketing, customer service or sales support experience, ideally in the medical or healthcare field
  • Basic project management skills
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while working in a complex cross-functional global environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in to address issues and opportunities
  • Results and detail-oriented
  • Ability to acknowledge issues or problems and work quickly to identify solutions
  • Aptitude for learning digit al systems and software
