Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a creative storyteller with strategic vision. We hope this potential colleague will help us brainstorm fresh ideas and develop concepts that will further infuse emotion into our deliverables. In this position, they will further support integration of scientific storytelling into new business and existing client projects, and support internal initiatives including corporate presentations and positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling, resonant stories to elevate our culture and fuel our growth
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams in support of new business initiatives; c ontribute to the business development activities (pitches, proposals, RFPs) to tease out the emotional component of our proposed solution
  • Work closely with agency leadership to develop and evolve marketing copy that articulates the value proposition of the company in a manner that resonates with the external audiences
  • Contribute to client projects in collaboration with medical and account team to enhance the impact of our educational programs
  • Partner with Account teams to drive organic business expansion
  • Build internal copy capabilities across Engagement Group and agency

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and the relevant trends in medical communications and storytelling; have a passion for science
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • 7+ years of creative writing experience in healthcare communications, preferably within an
  • agency setting; management experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in journalism, communications or a similarly relevant field
  • Track record as a creative problem solver with a knack for fresh ideas and a new perspective
  • Experience with writing HCP-centric educational content preferred
