Position Content Design Associate Location West Des Moines, IA Portland, OR Term9 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create content and design with direction from peers and managers for online applications and websites.
• Work with internal partners to understand design strategies.
• Work with others to build customer experience web or design elements to support the customer experience strategy as defined by Customer Experience Interaction Designers.
• Collaborate with peers on new and existing web or multimedia applications.
• Utilize company brand and quality standards. Work with peers and leaders on development ideas and products.
• Collaborate with peers, direct managers and other departments regarding content requirements.

End-user Content Writingediting Skills experience

• Html publishing experience desired (ServiceNow a bonus)
• Ability to analyze complex content set and simplify for users
• Human resources andor international content experience desired
• May need to flex early andor late to work with global audiences
• 6+ months of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
