About the Role

We need a Content Designer to drive the work on Self Governance, where they will support admins and equip them with the right tools to enforce culture, rules, and norms within their community. This work is centered on protecting the safety and values of individual communities and the members within them.

  • Support Community Awards to identify valuable content and contributors to the community (via an upvoting system)
  • Support and coordinate the badging system, including Admin Custom Badging, so admins can identify and recognize people within their group who are uplifting group values
  • Evolve existing standards and reviewing glossaries and components with integrity in mind
  • Drive content for short-term and long-term vision, helping admins and community members share their unique expertise
  • Develop frameworks for scalability and XFN processes.
  • Help communities have safer and more positive participation.
