As Community Manager, you will engage with our global communities within ski, sailing and outdoors, establishing and nurturing authentic relationships through digital channels to drive brand advocacy at scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale our community in digital platforms
  • Engage with our community in social media
  • Develop and maintain a scalable framework for community management
  • Drive activations and initiatives for community growth
  • Manage and activate user generated content
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate community initiatives with other marketing and business initiatives
  • Coordinate seeding and briefing of products to ambassadors and community members
  • Identify relevant sponsorship and collaboration opportunities and manage leads in collaboration with PR, agency partners and regional marketing teams
  • Support in event planning to engage the community in virtual and/or physical events
  • Plan social media content to support our community initiatives
  • Support our marketing teams inactivation of sports marketing partnerships
  • Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions through engagement, escalation, or documentation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Team to provide timely care for members of our community
  • Analyze and report on the performance of community management initiatives Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, Community or social media management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to details
  • Ability to think strategically, while also executing on day-to-day responsibilities
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work longer hours during peak periods to ensure completion of tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to multitask and work under pressure
  • The ability to aggregate data and generate actionable insights to inspire and suggest recommendations for possible course correction and improvements
  • Experience in sports marketing or an interest in skiing, outdoor or sailing sports
